1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of WhiteWizard, including the website www.whitewizard.in and the educational, assessment, webinar, counselling and related services made available through it. WhiteWizard is operated by Endesoft Pvt Limited ("Endesoft", "we", "us" or "our").

By visiting WhiteWizard, creating an account, registering for a webinar or counselling session, purchasing or accessing any product or service, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by the policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform or purchase its services.

Where a user is a minor, use of paid services should be undertaken with the involvement and consent of a parent or lawful guardian as applicable. A parent or guardian who purchases or enables services for a minor is responsible for ensuring compliance with these Terms.

2. Nature of WhiteWizard Services

WhiteWizard is an education and guidance platform that may provide, among other things:

• Study material for JEE Main, JEE Advanced, NEET, school-level and foundation preparation;
• Daily Practice Problems (DPPs), question banks, previous-year-question practice and other practice resources;
• Chapter-wise tests, part-syllabus tests, full-syllabus mock tests and other assessments;
• Scores, rankings, analytics, performance reports and progress indicators;
• Recorded or live webinars, workshops, seminars and educational events;
• Career guidance, psychometric assessments and counselling-related services;
• Articles, blogs, videos, notifications, newsletters and other educational content; and
• Any additional educational or technology-enabled service introduced from time to time.

The exact features, inclusions, access period, syllabus coverage and price of a product or service are those stated on the relevant product page or purchase screen at the time of purchase.

3. Eligibility, Registration and Accounts

Some WhiteWizard resources may be available without registration, while others may require an account. When registering, you agree to provide information that is accurate, current and reasonably complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account. You must not share your password, one-time password, account access or paid content access with another person unless expressly permitted by WhiteWizard.

WhiteWizard may require reasonable verification of a user, parent or guardian where necessary for account security, age-related compliance, payments, support, counselling or prevention of misuse.

4. Personal and Non-Transferable Access

Unless a product expressly states otherwise, access to WhiteWizard digital products and services is licensed to the registered user for personal, non-commercial educational use only. Access is non-transferable.

A user must not sell, rent, sublicense, share, publish, redistribute or commercially exploit account access, login credentials, test access, DPPs, question banks, study material, videos, webinar recordings, reports or other WhiteWizard content.

WhiteWizard may use reasonable technical measures to detect unusual login activity, mass downloading, automated scraping, credential sharing or other suspected misuse and may temporarily restrict access while such activity is reviewed.

5. Purchases, Pricing and Payments

Prices, packages, promotional offers and product combinations displayed on WhiteWizard may change from time to time. A price change will not ordinarily alter a completed purchase unless required to correct a manifest pricing error or to comply with law.

Before completing a purchase, users should review the product description, included features, access period, examination/category, subjects, applicable taxes and any product-specific conditions.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways, banks or payment service providers. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply to the payment transaction. WhiteWizard may receive transaction status, reference numbers and related payment information but does not intend to store confidential payment credentials such as full card numbers, CVV or UPI PIN where these are processed directly by the payment provider.

WhiteWizard may cancel or reverse a transaction in the event of a duplicate transaction, payment failure, suspected fraud, manifest pricing error, legal restriction or other genuine processing issue, subject to applicable law.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds, cancellations and credits, if any, are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy displayed on WhiteWizard and by any product-specific terms shown at the time of purchase.

Because many WhiteWizard products are digital and may become immediately accessible after purchase, refund eligibility may depend on factors such as whether access has been activated, content has been viewed or downloaded, a test has been attempted, a counselling session has been delivered, or a webinar has taken place. Nothing in these Terms limits any refund, remedy or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where a duplicate payment or a confirmed technical failure attributable to WhiteWizard prevents access to a purchased service, the user should contact support with the relevant transaction details so that the issue can be investigated.

7. Access Period, Availability and Product Changes

Digital products may be provided for a stated validity or access period. Users are responsible for using the product during that period. Expiry of access does not by itself create a right to refund or extension unless otherwise stated or required by law.

We may update, reorganise, correct or replace educational content, question sets, test interfaces or platform features where reasonably required for syllabus changes, accuracy, quality, security or technical reasons. We may also discontinue a product prospectively. For an already purchased product, we will endeavour to provide substantially equivalent access or an appropriate remedy where a material discontinuation prevents delivery of the purchased service.

8. Educational Content, Syllabus and Accuracy

WhiteWizard endeavours to provide useful and accurate educational content. However, examinations, syllabi, patterns, official instructions, eligibility conditions and regulatory requirements may change. Students should always verify time-sensitive examination information from the official examination authority or other authoritative source.

Educational content may contain typographical, formatting, technical or academic errors despite reasonable review. WhiteWizard may correct such errors and update content without prior notice.

Where a question, answer, solution or explanation is disputed, WhiteWizard may review and revise the content. The existence of a disagreement or later correction does not by itself establish a right to compensation, except where required by applicable law.

9. Tests, Scores, Rankings and Analytics

WhiteWizard may generate scores, ranks, percentiles, accuracy measures, subject-wise analytics, time analysis, strengths, weaknesses and other performance indicators from a user's activity.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, rankings or percentile indicators are based on the WhiteWizard user/test population or on the methodology displayed for that assessment. They are not official JEE, NEET, board or governmental rankings.

Performance analytics are intended to assist preparation and may be affected by test difficulty, participation, device conditions, user behaviour and other factors. They should not be treated as a guarantee or prediction of actual examination rank or admission.

10. Fair Use of Tests and Academic Integrity

Users must attempt tests and assessments fairly and must not intentionally compromise the integrity of WhiteWizard assessments.

• Do not copy, photograph, screen-record, scrape or systematically extract test questions for redistribution;
• Do not use bots, scripts or automation to attempt tests, harvest content or manipulate scores;
• Do not share live test questions or answers with other users in a manner that undermines an assessment;
• Do not manipulate accounts, devices or network settings to obtain unauthorised access or rankings; and
• Do not falsely represent another person's identity or academic performance.

WhiteWizard may invalidate a score, remove a ranking, suspend access or take other proportionate action where there is reasonable evidence of manipulation, unauthorised sharing or misuse.

11. Webinars, Workshops and Events

WhiteWizard may host live or recorded webinars, workshops, panel discussions, counselling sessions and other events. The speaker, format, schedule, duration and availability of recordings may vary.

A scheduled speaker may occasionally be replaced, or an event may be rescheduled or cancelled, for reasons beyond reasonable control. Where a paid event is materially affected, WhiteWizard will apply the remedy stated for that event or otherwise act in accordance with applicable law.

Participants must behave respectfully and must not disrupt an event, harass speakers or participants, transmit unlawful content, or record and redistribute a session where recording has not been authorised.

If a webinar or event is recorded, WhiteWizard may make the recording available to registered users or use portions for educational or promotional purposes, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable consent requirements.

12. Career Guidance and Psychometric Services

Career guidance and psychometric assessments are intended to support informed academic and career decision-making. They are advisory tools and not medical diagnoses, clinical psychological evaluations or guarantees of suitability, admission, employment, earnings or career success.

Recommendations may be based on information provided by the student or parent, assessment responses, academic interests and the methodology used by the relevant assessment or counsellor. Users remain responsible for their educational and career decisions.

Where counselling is delivered by an independent professional or third-party provider, additional professional or service-specific terms may apply and will be communicated where relevant.

13. No Guarantee of Examination or Admission Results

WhiteWizard does not guarantee any particular JEE Main percentile, JEE Advanced rank, NEET score, board result, scholarship, admission to an IIT, NIT, AIIMS, medical college or other institution, or any other academic outcome.

Results depend on numerous factors, including a student's prior knowledge, effort, consistency, health, examination conditions, competition and decisions of examination authorities. Testimonials, past results, illustrative scores or student experiences are not promises that another student will achieve the same result.

14. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the content and materials made available through WhiteWizard, including question banks, DPPs, tests, solutions, study notes, graphics, videos, webinar recordings, software interfaces, databases, text, designs, logos and compilations, are owned by or licensed to Endesoft Pvt Limited and are protected to the extent available under applicable intellectual-property law.

No purchase transfers ownership of WhiteWizard intellectual property. A purchase gives the user only the limited personal access expressly described in these Terms or on the relevant product page.

Without prior written permission, users must not reproduce, adapt, translate, publish, upload, distribute, sell, license, create derivative commercial products from, or otherwise commercially exploit WhiteWizard content. Statutory exceptions and rights that cannot lawfully be restricted remain unaffected.

15. User Content, Reviews and Feedback

Users may be able to submit reviews, comments, questions, feedback, suggestions or other content. You remain responsible for material you submit and must have the right to provide it.

You must not submit material that is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, obscene, misleading, infringing, discriminatory, invasive of another person's privacy, malicious or technically harmful.

By voluntarily submitting a review, comment or feedback for publication, you grant Endesoft a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce and display that material for operating, improving and promoting WhiteWizard, subject to the Privacy Policy and any consent requirements applicable to identifiable testimonials, photographs or videos.

We may moderate, refuse or remove user content where reasonably necessary for safety, legality, platform integrity or compliance with these Terms.

16. Prohibited Uses

You must not use WhiteWizard or its content:

• For any unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive purpose;
• To infringe intellectual-property, privacy or other rights of WhiteWizard or any third party;
• To introduce malware, viruses, malicious code or harmful technical material;
• To probe, scan, bypass or interfere with security, authentication, access controls or rate limits;
• To scrape, crawl, mine or systematically copy content except where expressly authorised;
• To impersonate another person or misrepresent affiliation or identity;
• To harass, threaten or abuse another user, counsellor, educator, employee or speaker;
• To resell or commercially redistribute any WhiteWizard service or access without written permission; or
• In any manner that materially disrupts the platform or prevents others from using it.

17. Third-Party Services and Links

WhiteWizard may integrate with or link to third-party services such as payment gateways, video-conferencing tools, analytics services, communication platforms, social networks or external educational resources.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Endesoft does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their independent acts, omissions, security or content, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

18. Privacy and Personal Data

Personal information is handled in accordance with the WhiteWizard Privacy Policy, as updated from time to time. The Privacy Policy explains the categories of data we may collect, the purposes for which it may be used, sharing, retention, security, children's data and available privacy rights.

By using WhiteWizard, you acknowledge that processing necessary to provide the requested service may occur in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

19. Communications

WhiteWizard may send service-related communications regarding account security, purchases, test access, scheduled events, counselling, platform changes or other matters necessary to provide the service.

Promotional communications may be sent where permitted by law and the user's communication preferences. Users may use available opt-out mechanisms for promotional messages, although essential transactional or service communications may continue.

20. Platform Availability and Technical Issues

We aim to keep WhiteWizard reasonably available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Availability may be affected by maintenance, upgrades, internet connectivity, cloud infrastructure, third-party systems, cyber incidents, device compatibility or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Users are responsible for maintaining a compatible device, browser, internet connection and other equipment required to access online services.

Where a material technical issue attributable to WhiteWizard prevents access to a paid service, users should promptly contact support. We will endeavour to restore access or provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the relevant product terms and applicable law.

21. Suspension and Termination

WhiteWizard may suspend or terminate an account, restrict a feature, invalidate unauthorised access or refuse future service where reasonably necessary because of:

• A material breach of these Terms;
• Fraud, payment abuse or chargeback misuse;
• Credential sharing, piracy or unauthorised redistribution of content;
• Security threats, scraping, automated abuse or interference with the platform;
• Harassment, unlawful conduct or serious misuse of WhiteWizard services; or
• A legal, regulatory or court requirement.

Where appropriate and practicable, we may give the user an opportunity to explain or rectify the issue. Termination does not affect rights or liabilities that accrued before termination.

22. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WhiteWizard services and content are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant that every feature will always be uninterrupted, that every item of content will be error-free, or that use of the platform will produce a particular academic or career outcome.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, remedies or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable law.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Endesoft Pvt Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising solely from use of or inability to use WhiteWizard, including loss of opportunity or expected academic outcome, where such exclusion is lawful.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such liability cannot legally be excluded or limited, including any rights and remedies available to consumers under applicable law.

Users should maintain appropriate backups of personal notes or information they independently create and should not rely on WhiteWizard as the sole repository of important personal records.

24. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Endesoft Pvt Limited and its directors, officers, employees and authorised service providers from third-party claims, losses or reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of WhiteWizard, infringement of third-party rights, unauthorised redistribution of content, or material breach of these Terms.

This clause does not require a consumer to waive statutory rights or indemnify Endesoft for Endesoft's own unlawful conduct.

25. Force Majeure

Endesoft will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, widespread telecommunications or cloud outages, governmental action, strikes, civil disturbance, epidemic or pandemic events, cyberattacks not reasonably preventable through appropriate safeguards, or failure of critical third-party infrastructure. Where such an event materially affects a paid service, we will endeavour to provide reasonable information and an appropriate service response.

26. Changes to Services and These Terms

We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in services, technology, pricing practices, security requirements or applicable law. The updated version will be published on WhiteWizard with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Material changes will apply prospectively to the extent reasonably practicable. Where applicable law requires specific notice or consent, WhiteWizard will take reasonable steps to provide it.

27. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer forum, statutory remedy or jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be excluded, courts having jurisdiction in New Delhi, India will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or WhiteWizard services.

Nothing in this clause prevents a consumer from approaching a competent consumer commission or exercising any other remedy available under applicable consumer-protection law.

28. Severability, Waiver and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

A failure by Endesoft to enforce a provision on one occasion does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of the right to enforce it later.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, product-specific terms and other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement governing use of WhiteWizard and supersede prior website terms relating to the same subject matter.
